All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. cgt999 does not accept third-party payments.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. cgt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse will result in account review.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the cgt999 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for forfeiture.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. cgt999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. cgt999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
cgt999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
cgt999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during a Player's use of the platform where cgt999 has reasonable grounds to request identity confirmation.
Documents Required for KYC
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a formal request from cgt999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the Account. cgt999 will not be held liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that results from a Player's failure to supply KYC documentation promptly.
All deposits to cgt999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following deposit methods are currently supported:
Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. cgt999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
cgt999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which cgt999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, unless cgt999 support approves an alternative method in writing.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account cashier section. cgt999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.
Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money Balance derived from deposits or cleared winnings is eligible for withdrawal.
cgt999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player may reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the cgt999 platform without express written permission from cgt999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cgt999 shall not be liable for:

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, cgt999 submits to the jurisdiction of the dispute resolution body specified by its licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded by contract.
